Happy Independence to my beautiful country Trinidad and Tobago! 47 years of independence on the way to the big 50...I could make a comment about ALL of the challenges the society faces but I won't... We have opposition politicians and self important radio show hosts to do that..
Today I'm going to celebrate a momentous occasion in our history and I invite you to do the same. Even if you're not a Trini.

I definitely big up the Trini massive everytime! Trinidadians have a rich and much-celebrated culture, and I am always proud of the way Trinbagonian people embrace their culture and pass it on to their children despite their geographic locations.
